Technical Sales Engineer - Engineering Graduates
Job Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire.
Job Salary: OTE £40K

Necessary Job Requirements:
The successful applicant to this Technical Sales Engineer job will be qualified to degree level in an Engineering discipline and either have previous sales experience or is looking to begin a career in technical sales. As such candidates will be commercially savvy, with excellent interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of machinery and ideally more specifically, special purpose machinery.

Job Responsibilities:
Our client is an established, design and manufacturer of special purpose machinery. They are currently looking to recruit an engineer. educated to degree level in an engineering discipline who they will train in-house to fill a Technical Sales Engineer job. Successful candidates will provide essential technical support both internal and external customers, advising on the use of their client's products. You will develop relationships with current customers while also bringing on board new clients to expand the customer portfolio in the target markets.

The Candidate:
Essential:

• Degree in Engineering
• Either previous sales experience on a passion to begin a career in sales
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of varied manufacturing machinery, specifically special purpose machinery such as converting equipment etc.
