The Supply Planning team are key to making this sweet shop feeling a reality, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team based in Leamington Spa.

Positions in the Supply Planning Team
As part of the Supply Planning Team, you will work collaboratively with different teams across the business to ensure we are meeting our sales and stock availability targets.
Offering a wide range of choice to our customers may sound straightforward however we offer styles in 100 sizes via mail order, our website and across our 29 shops. One style in one colour can have over 2000 stock locations! This means there is mathematical skill in ordering the right quantities of sizes in each product to enable us to maximise choice for customers, regardless of where they choose to shop with us.
You’ll also need to read and interpret our sales data which is like complex puzzle. We can’t simply run a report to calculate stock requirements. You will need to read the story behind the numbers, and use your judgement to inform your decisions.
You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure that timescales on critical paths are achieved and deliveries into the warehouse are on time and evenly spread. You will also optimise stock allocation to ensure maximum choice for our customers, minimising stock movements and keeping any markdown stock to a manageable level.
An analytical mind and understanding of numbers will be crucial in this role. Interpreting the patterns that exist behind numbers will be a key skill you’ll need to enable you to make logical decisions. You will support in developing business analytics around performance history which will support in the development of forecasting and will inform decisions around our future marketing activity.
Whilst an A-level or degree with a mathematical element would be useful, this isn’t essential. Your mindset and passion for learning new things is much more important. Evidence of using your analytical skills at work or within education would be of interest to us.
You will have great communication skills, acting as the main contact for any queries from our stores or customer service team regarding stock, as well as being a key contact for our external suppliers, so great communication skills are important. With great organisation skills, you should be passionate about never missing a deadline.

You will consistently use data and trends to improve our process and decision making.
