Fenestra is creating new technology to give the global advertising market a trusted, smart platform to quickly and easily optimise performance in their programmatic media supply-chain and achieve substantially improved business outcomes. Our clients and partners include blue-chip advertisers, agencies and programmatic ad-tech suppliers. We are shaking up the $640bn global industry by providing advertisers, for the first time, with transparency over who is in their supply-chain and what value is being taken out of it.

Due to the launch of our new UI, we’re looking for a committed team member to work with our growing list of partners. We are growing fast and we need you to help us continue that!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day communications with our clients, resolving queries and delivering support as needed
  • Ensure client data gets to us in an accurate and timely fashion and is stored in accordance with our data rules
  • Manage automated data input to our systems and reconcile resulting outputs to ensure accuracy
  • Draft written and data-centric reports which adhere to the highest standards including looking for commercially useful insights in the data
  • Work together with the Business Development team, contributing to creating presentations and assisting in large pitches to potential clients where required
  • Develop the ability to provide technical product expertise in client meetings and run training and workshops for clients and/or staff as required
  • Act as a coordinator between senior team members in Finance, Technology, Sales
  • Proactively suggesting improvements in every area that you work in

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Recent Graduate in a highly numerate subject (e.g. Math’s, Statistics, Computing, Engineering, Economics)
  • Strong, demonstrable interest in disruptive and innovative technology and data
  • Smart, creative thinker and problem-solver, fast learner
  • Good writer and communicator, excellent listener
  • Excellent work ethic and professional demeanor, self-starter
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, enjoy using initiative and can “hit the ground-running”
  • Some work experience, but relevant experience is not required
  • Successful candidate will already have access to accommodation in commuting distance


Technical experience and skills required:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Excel including Pivot Tables
  • Interest in developing analytical/data skills to the next levels, using web-based tools such as Looker and Google BigQuery
  • Basic programming experience in languages such as Python will help you understand our data import tools
