Graduate Technical Consultant
Job Location: Milton Keynes
Job Salary: £22,000 plus extensive package
Job Key Skills/Experience: A degree in Physics or Maths or an IT / Computer Science related subject
Job Summary: Physics or Maths graduate from a 'top university' with a obvious interest in tech or a Computer Science graduate required for a Graduate Technical Consultant job in Milton Keynes.
Our client is a dynamic 'cloud first' Consultancy. They are looking for bright and ambitious graduates to join their team. The company offer outstanding mentorship along with a structured career path. Within the last year their company has recruited a number of graduates that have already been promoted. Successful applicants will be responsible for configuration and customisation whilst implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software. You will be supporting the pre-sales process in areas such as demonstrations & research and post-sales, as part of a Support Helpdesk Offering.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Help with analysing the client's business, develop a solid understanding of their technical objectives and contribute to the preparation of client facing demos & proof of concepts
- Work closely with the project delivery and internal product team
- Planning and executing the implementation of CRM functional and technical work
- Responsible for customisation and development as part of client projects
- Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft D365 functionality and feeding back to the Account Management Team Implementing and testing new functionality
- Development of internal systems and processes
Job Requirements
- A 2:1/1st class degree in Physics or Maths or an IT / Computer Science related subject from a top 20 Uni
- Excellent A-Level grades
- A passion for technology and ability to show examples of extra curricular tech work/projects
- Engaging communication skills and confidence in client facing work.
- Strong problem solving skills
