Our client specializes in the healthcare and medical technology sector. Their aim is to provide software to medical professionals in order for them to improve the quality and effectiveness of their service.
As a support analyst, you would be the first point of contact for customers who are experiencing trouble with their systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing the issues, resolving them or if resolution is not possible, escalating them.
This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic and love speaking with people You will receive on the job training in order for you to make a real positive impact on customers. The existing team has over 150 members, so you will be able to learn from experienced professionals who will support you along your journey.
The great thing about our client is that they are willing to train somebody up. Provided you can offer great customer service, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of IT they would love to speak with you.
It would be desirable if you had knowledge of:
- ITIL Foundation
- Windows Server
