Our client caters to multinational businesses as well as SME's and micro companies. Therefore, travel to these client sites is an option for those who want to undertake it. 
Job Responsibilities:

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be working with cutting edge technology to provide dynamic IT solutions. You will be responsible for: 
*Supporting customer needs 
*Managing and monitoring software (both proactively and reactively) 
*Allocating calls to the helpdesk
*Providing first line support
*Manage internal repairs
*Meeting with customers to decipher their needs
Requirements:
*English & Spanish Language Skills
*Desire to work in a IT Support role
*Driving Licence 
*Relevant Technical Degree / Qualification
