Our client is a leading manufacturer within the FMCG market. The company is currently in the process of recruiting for their 2018 graduate intake and require an engineering or science graduate to join their technical graduate scheme. This graduate scheme is a 2 year rotational graduate scheme where the successful graduate will receive bespoke, on the job training and development in the 4 main pillars of the company including Quality Engineering, productions and Technical Service.
The Graduate scheme will involve a core activities in areas such as prototyping, new product development tool piloting, installation of equipment, experiment design, production troubleshooting, data mining, people management, creation of new product solutions and lean manufacturing.
The job will see graduates join a small number of new starters, enabling the opportunity to take ownership of projects whilst receiving dedicated support and training.
The programme is suited to an engineering graduate from a Chemical, manufacturing, Production or Materials background or a graduate from a science related discipline.
- A degree in Engineering or Science is essential
- Lab experience is advantageous
- Ability to hold technical conversations with colleagues and clients
- Ability and a willingness to travel within Europe.
