Graduate Operations Analyst (6 month contract, Central London)

Company Background:

Fenestra provides the global advertising market with an independent secure platform to Book, Verify, Pay and Report every transaction through their media supply-chain releasing the novel benefits of blockchain technology. The business is founded by a proven group of advertising industry experts and successful entrepreneurs. This role is a good entry-level opportunity for someone interested in a media / technology career.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with client Operations teams to ensure that data is supplied in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Ensuring data received is stored in accordance with the Fenestra data rules
  • Using client data to create summaries to be input into the Fenestra blockchain booking platform
  • Inputting data summaries and reconciling resulting outputs to ensure accuracy
  • Looking for commercially useful insights in the data
  • Acting as a coordinator between senior team members in Finance, Technology, Sales
  • Creating reports and analysis for other team members
  • Pro-actively suggesting improvements in every area that you work in

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Recent Graduate in a highly numerate subject (e.g. Math’s, Statistics, Computing, Engineering)
  • Strong, demonstrable interest in technology
  • Excellent work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Smart, creative thinker and problem-solver, fast learner
  • Enjoys using initiative and can “hit the ground-running”
  • Some work experience, but relevant experience is not required
  • Successful candidate will probably already have access to accommodation in commuting distance

Technical experience and skills required:

  • Working knowledge and experience of MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Excel including detailed knowledge of Pivot Tables
  • Interest in developing to the next levels, Power Pivot and Power BI
  • Basic Programming experience in languages such as JavaScript will help with understanding our data import tools
