Job Responsibilities:

The Internal Recruitment Co-Ordinator job will be based within the organisation's internal recruitment team. The job will involve conducting mathematically-focussed interview processes in which candidates are tasked with solving highly-advanced equations.

Other duties involve qualifying applicants for internal roles via phone-based interviews, candidate searching and making judgement calls in relation to candidate performance.
