Graduate Administration Assistant (Business Development)
Job Location: Central London location (with excellent transport links to the surrounding areas)
Job Salary: circa. £25K
Job Summary: Graduate Administration Assistant job available with a leading sustainability consultancy at their office in central London.

Our Client:
Our client is a leading international sustainability consultancy with an esteemed reputation for helping their global clients improve their environmental sustainability.
This position would suit an enthusiastic and energetic graduate with an interest in sustainability who is looking to build a career in administrative management.
Working with a high performing sales team , the role requires a proactive and capable individual to manage all administrative duties and thrive within this fast-paced team. 

The successful candidate requires an ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and have impeccable attention to detail.

Role remit:

Support sales team members; responsible for full administration of the business development department; administer renewals; co-ordinate and minute meetings; support production of regular management reporting; manage all ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills demonstrated by the ability to compose professional emails and content.
  • Educated to degree level
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Flexibility, willingness and ability to “go the extra mile” to help deliver results and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
