Our client is a multinational legal translations company
To work within the Operations team with responsibility for sales operations support.
Job Responsibilities, are threefold. You will provide CLIENT SUPPORT. Based on the client's requirements you will cost incoming orders and issue quotations as required. Analyse documentation, identifying language combinations, identify specialism requirements and obtaining accurate word counts. Based on the client's requirements and the job's characteristics, you will calculate the time required to complete the work and confirm delivery dates as required and liaise with the Production Team to confirm the job to the client. JOB MANAGEMENT. Maintaining up to date information as the quote/estimate progresses, as well as liaising with the Production team to ensure resources are available to satisfy client delivery requirements. Client contact must be kept throughout. CREDIT CONTROL. Issuing invoices and dealing with payments etc.
- A University degree at or above a 2:1 in a liberal arts subject, modern languages or an essay based subject.
- Experience gained in a customer or client facing capacity.
