Our client is a Scientific Communications Agency, who work with global pharmaceutical companies to deliver publication strategies and plans.

They are seeking an ambitious Account Manager who has a passion for medical communications to join their friendly and welcoming team. The role will see you working closely with Medical Writers, Editorial Leads and Senior Account Managers to deliver scientific excellence across a wide range of project areas. You will be responsible for managing relationships with large global scientific clients to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to the highest possible standard.

Job Duties:

  • Management of meetings with key stakeholders
  • Advising and assisting with planning key projects
  • Tracking projects to ensure delivery is within budget and on time
  • Financial management including invoicing
  • Line managing junior members of staff
  • Relationship management with Pharmaceutical and Scientific companies



Job Requirements:

  • A degree in a Scientific area is preferable, but not essential if you have experience
  • Circa 3 years' experience in a similar job within Medical Communications
  • Drive and ambition to deliver scientific excellence
  • Good time management skills
  • Outgoing and confident in nature, with the ability to liaise effectively with scientific clients
