Our company focusses on attracting students and recent graduates from a STEM background but we are also able to introduce experienced graduates to more senior roles. Many of the companies that ask our recruitment consultants to conduct a graduate search are also hiring at intermediate level.
Our recruitment consultants work with graduates from 2013 and 2014 who have subsequently gained commercial experience. These candidates remain in contact with our consultants and so we have a good understanding of the “second graduate job” market.
We are able to actively market candidates to companies with the candidate’s permission. This works particularly well on our IT desk and we would welcome enquiries from candidates who are in work but would like to hear about other opportunities.
